Founder/Principal

Ms Annie Xu has a decade of experience in real estate development and interior design. Working together with two board advisors, she has led Immobilier du Monde to become one of the leaders of the developers of luxury residences. She has a unique stylistic approach to creative residences projects. Ms Annie Xu has been committed to delivering quality, value, and a beauty for residences. This passion originated with her international research and experience in the architecture and interior design industry of Paris, Geneva and from general European culture. She is a Board Member and Director at Swiss Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Ms Annie Xu is working together with 2 board advisors and taking Immobilier Du Monde to new heights.

Board Advisor

Mr Simon Blount oversees every aspect of Immobilier du Monde's  operations, including property acquisitions, design process and construction.

Mr Simon Blount is a Qualified Land Economist, with over 20 years experience in property development across retail and residential projects. Experience includes site identification and commercial assessment, marketing, sales, valuation, property management and recently town planning / rezoning applications with State & Local Government authorities. Development responsibility includes attending and running project management committee and project control group meetings, concept briefs, feasibility studies, development and building applications, construction project management, local and offshore marketing exhibitions and managing project budgets. Exposure to full development lifecycle from land acquisition through to occupation; liaison with councilors / relevant government authorities, joint venture partners, resident action groups, consultants, contractors, owners, purchasers, solicitors, real estate, marketing agencies and management of development team. Ability to provide a broad property network and advanced computing / spreadsheet skills. Highly motivated, with excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Dedicated to achieving high personal and professional standards.

Board Advisor 

Mr Martin G Scarpino advises Immobilier du Monde company developing strategies. Martin G Scarpino is a highly experienced CEO and Director with almost two decades of executive and board level experience across the commercial and not for profit sectors with particular experience in the advisory, digital, health and medical industries. He has been active throughout the APAC region and have a very solid Financial background. His network covers a broad level of high level individuals. Finally, Martin G Scarpino holds a Master of Finance and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
